Senior Technical Support Consultant (Level 3)

  • Takes cases from Level 1 or Level 2.
  • Escalate cases to Level 4, monitor till case closure.
  • Provides in-depth troubleshooting and backend analysis.
  • Undertake Systems Projects.
  • Prepare documentation.
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues from internal and customers.
  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
  • Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding of new users.
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in network device configuration and troubleshooting, as well as system and OS support.
  • Proven work experience as a Network Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Good knowledge of cloud concepts and networking.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System of the equivalent).
  • CCNA certification would be an advantage.
