Sales Executive

  • Requires 70% indoor and 30% sales execution.
  • Create, follow up on new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Learn business processes, operating models and identify clients’ needs.
  • Facilitate appointments with potential clients and market the company's products and services to customers professionally.
  • Search and build new clients proactively through voice calls, networking and communication channels.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand technical and business requirements and present demos or solutions when needed
  • Work with Technical Team to develop solutions based on clients’ requirements
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from consultation to implementation of our services or products.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery of projects
  • Create and deliver internal/ external technical presentations.
  • Manage and expand his/her database of potential prospects.
  • Responsible for drafting Scope of Work documents.
  • Quote, negotiate contract and follow up contract progress with clients.
  • Report work and revenue progress to managers periodically.
  • Foster good teamwork and productive relationships internally and externally by updating work progress constantly to internal colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in indoor/ telemarketing.
  • Proactive individual with a positive attitude with good personality and appearance.
  • Team player with confidence and good communication skills.
  • Goal driven with strong planning and execution skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Vietnamese preferred.
  • Diploma or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign languages or IT.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in sales in the IT industry would be an advantage.
