Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

  • Work with Sales Team to support presales activities such as product demonstrations.
  • Execute presentations and demonstrations including sprint retrospectives with clients.
  • Responsible for gathering lead requirement & sprint planning sessions with clients.
  • Understand and write up clients’ requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 CE customizations and configurations including Marketing, Sales, Customer Services and Field Service.
  • Manage customizations and configurations for Power Platform.
  • Managing data migration process and onsite with clients during go-live’ activities.
  • Coordinate closely with Delivery Team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and quality assurance.
  • Oversee and cooperate with both internal and external teams for support when required.
  • Provide support to internal teams when required.
  • Possess excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbally.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Vietnamese preferred.
  • Minimum in Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM implementation, configuration, system design, or related business knowledge.
  • Experience in Microsoft Visio or other process modeling tools preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified is a plus.
